Someone who is personable knowledgeable reasonably priced and HONEST! First time client and will commute from Des Moines EVERY TIME to give them my business when I’m in the area! Beats the cost and time frame of every mechanic in a 50 mile radius a loaner vehicle was given during service to prevent time from work. Can’t express the sense of appreciation I have for the service I was provided the entire staff was completely hospitable. Will return and recommend!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Place was amazing I got stranded on the interstate lost a lower ball joint they came through on the alignment with flying colors, was willing to go the extra mile, means a lot to an out of towner like me

I cannot praise Leonard's enough for their outstanding service and dedication to helping us with our vehicle issues. They went above and beyond in diagnosing the problem, collaborating with the dealer, and providing valuable advice, even though they were not the ones who would be fixing it.Their exceptional efforts led us to discover an engine recall that we would have otherwise been unaware of. I was told my Dodge Intrepid was "repaired," and after paying $1500.00, I MADE IT ONE MILE BEFORE THE BLOCK BLEW.? Refused refund, because it was "driver error".

My starter failed after I stopped at the store in Panora and Dave and Randy came over to see what they could do. We towed it to Leonard's and they had me back on the road in about an hour. Great service and quality of work!

Terrible service. They appear to be completely disorganized. Commit to work, take your vehicle and then won't answer their phone (actually pick up the phone and hang up multiple times). Don't notify you that the work is complete. Their office hasn't been open when I was told it would be both times I tried to utilize them. Total hassle!
