They are apparently NOT open 24 hours. I pulled in at almost 10pm needing to clean my windshield and get fuel. I walked around for a second because I had been on the road for 6 hours. As I was walking back to my truck the attendant came and took the window squeegee, I asked him why he was taking it and he said they were closing soon. I just said fine I’ll go to another station. As he obviously recognized I needed it and kept walking off rather than let me clean my windows and fuel up. LOVES is next door and they didn’t come pull the rug out from under me like BP did. This was on 07/07/24 at almost 10 pm

They don't even have a tea bag, but they charge you just for a glass of hot water. Its outside -10. Shame. People, go around this place.

I work for a railroad and travel a lot. Historically, I would always stop here fir their Chicken Biscuits. Over the last several months, even though they are still on the menu, they have had no Chicken Biscuits. I stopped by at 8:30 this morning and, once again, no Chicken Biscuits. Just take them off of the menu if you are NEVER going to make them!

Station is usually very clean with the exception of trash cans full throughout the day. In the late afternoon and evening they are always empty. Obviously the day crew doesn't empty the trash.

There was no diaper changing table at this large gas station. The attendant was rude as I walked in the door with my 2 year old to change him. Her words were..."there is no place here to change him, you need to go somewhere else". Horrible customer service and terrible that they are not accommodating for families with kids.

Nice place to stop for fuel, snacks, drinks etc. Glad to see they re-opened after getting flooded out a few years ago. Good location if you want to stay away from major city traffic in Omaha/Council Bluffs area. Facilities have always been clean & staff friendly.

We arrived at this BP just prior to close. We filled up then went inside to use the restroom and get a drink. Literally one minute after close they turned the lights off on us and one other family. My mother who has vision issues and trouble seeing in the dark was in the restroom when they did this. Nothing happened but I found this to be extremely rude and unsafe for customers. There were only 2 families in there and they could have communicated that in a better way. Also my father asked for some coffee and instead of saying “I’m sorry sir. We are closing and don’t have any made.” She rudely said “Actually we’re closed.” The facility was new and clean. It is conventionally located off the highway. I’m usually not one to complain but I just felt like the owners needed to know.

Clean store but the employees working should also be clean. I was just in there and while waiting for my son to come out, I noticed a person coming out of the bathroom and didn’t wash his hands (I didn’t hear the water running or the blow dryer dry hands). At first I thought it was a customer but when I turned around I saw the same man behind the counter. I was about to grab a pizza when that same man went behind the counter. I didn’t want the pizza or anything if it was possibly touched by him, honestly felt uncomfortable being in the store. He had raggity shoulder length hair. Please practice hand washing.
