I ordered an item online. They were the only one on the internet to have (claim to have) the item in stock. I ordered it in time for Christmas. It was the wrong item when it arrived. I've called 3 times, but no one answers or attempts to help. They have my money, and I have something I never wanted and I have no Christmas gift.

I dealt with the salesman on my zero turned mower name michael. He was kind enough to answer most of my questions and tell me that they had one in stock over the phone. I highly recommend this dealer because everybody was so nice and friendly.

I was delivering new equipment but given too brief instructions. The receptionist quickly found the correct person. Transfer was made, and I was on my way to the next stop! They are quick to make decisions!!

Buddy of mine got his 325g worked on and they couldn’t even tighten down a coolant hose. Leaked everywhere over the motor. No good

Buddy got his skid loader serviced there. They didn’t even tighten the coolant hose resulting in a anti freeze bath.Service team is not good at this place….

When an experience is not par, they know how to course correct. I experienced this today. No one is perfect but they when they realized their error, they took care of me quickly as valued and I'm out of my pickle. I cannot thank them enough. Thank you Rick!

I've tried to fill out the online form, but it never takes. Now I'm trying to leave a message for service and the phone just keeps ringing. You can't leave a message for the parts department either. I was able to leave a message on the sales line. The recording shouldn't say to leave a message for parts or service.

Big Thank You to some of the kindest folks around at PJ AgriVision! I'm a professional long haul driver. My folks live in Glenwood, IA. My Mother passed away last week. I was fortunate enough to be on a load to Oma, NE over the weekend with no place to park my trailer so o could attend our family function and moms services.Agrivision let me sit My trailer down at their place making my last goodbye to my mom possible!! I don't know about their business practices but if they are as kind and caring in their business dealings as they are to people they don't even know then these are folks you can count on!! They even attended services and provided a beautiful plant to show respect. More people like these would make the world a much better place! Thank You guys so much!!

Agri vision is one of our go to use at work for equipment. Their staff always provides five-star service and they never disappoint. They’re quick to help you out with answering your questions and finding parts that are needed. The store is well organized and the isles have plenty of room to walk through. Everything is easy to find. And the entire store looks cleaned and well-maintained. I would easily recommend them to anyone and I would easily use their business for my own personal needs.

Staff are very polite and enjoyable to interact with. They are also quite knowledgeable of their equipment. Other than price, which is my only problem with John Deere, I would highly recommend going to this store.
