Drove round trip six hours to see a Toyota Tundra, quoted one price for my trade in. Upon arrival discovered the truck didn't have nearly the features advertised and then trade-in price cut in half. Pointed out the issues with their false advertisement of the vehicle, simple things like Apple Car Play, but they defended themselves that it wasn't there doing. I called a week later to "encourage" them to advertise the right truck, ignored. Now, four weeks later, they reach out offering the same truck with the same false advertisement. Did zero to reimburse me for time/effort to come see a falsely advertised vehicle. Won't ever go to VAUGHN again.

I've been on the waiting list for a loaner to get my car in for service for about 3 months now, and I just get a call stating they won't offer pickup or loaner service to me anymore as I live too far away. This is the closest Cadillac dealership to me and they won't even give me a loaner if I take my 2023 Cadillac to them for service. They've tried to tell me to go to Dealership that isn't Cadillac certified. This is a vehicle with SuperCruise. Not a happy Cadillac owner right now, as this isn't the only instance of issues with this Service Department. I've been in 3 new Cadillac's since 2018 and this has been the worst customer service experience just trying to get basic services. It looks like this dealership isn't participating/honoring in the Courtesy Transportation Program by Cadillac any longer.

I bought a 55k convertible Camaro a couple years ago. When I bought the car I asked about the service department and Tina told me they were great. Well time came for my first oil change. What a disaster. I dropped car off early on a Saturday morning and four hours later my car had not yet been touched. I get a call saying they were booked full and that I would have to bring car back. Tried again and some very angry woman (Mandy) basically told me I need to work with them. Excuse me Whos the customer??? Than early this summer I pull up around 10am on Saturday there is nobody in line for an oil change and they close at 2pm. Someone comes running out saying they are not taking anymore oil changes for the day and again was told that I should work with them on when this work gets done. I ended up taking the car to Walmart and was in and out in 30 min. When i drove back by the oil change bay was still open sign up saying quick oil change. So this pissed me off and I call Tina the person I bought the car from. She didn't understand why I was turned away at 10am that she said she wasn't aware of anyone in line for an oil change. So fast forward to now. I took the car in last week to get something looked at on the convertible and while i was there i got the oil changed. I got quote to fix the convertible and told them to order parts and call me when they come in and we can schedule a service appointment. A few day went by and I get a message from them saying they got a filter in that they didn't change when I had the oil change. Nothing on the part for the convertible. So today I called. I got Ruth who was extremely rude and short with me. I wanted to know why the part that I asked for wasn't ordered and the filter that I didn't ask for was. She told me than they were to busy at the moment to book me an appointment. Yes you read that correctly. She said they were to busy to schedule me an appointment. Approx an hour later I got a call back from here and she said they got he part ordered and that it would be here Wednesday and I should bring the car in on Thursday. I explained to her that I work that I have to schedule time off and I'm off the 20-22nd so let make the appointment for than. She says I have found an open time at 10am on Dec 20th if that doesn't "offend you" Yes she said that. The problem with this dealer is their service department absolutely sucks i don't think you could get any worse. Than when you talk to Chad the owners son he yells at you and hangs up. This explains why the customer service from the service department sucks.

I just purchased another car from Vaughn Cadillac and as usual it was a very positive experience. My salesman Shaun Richardson was the best. They even took care of me with a small problem after the sale. Highly recommend!!

I looked all over the US for a truck due to semiconductor shortages related to covid19. I ended up flying to Iowa from Scottsdale to buy.Honest, upfront and fast when I bought my 2021 GMC Denali from Eric. Even when he was off for a day his coworkers stepped in to help me get what I needed. It was a pleasure working with them and management/ownership should be proud of their employees and the culture they have created. I worked with Eric, Steve (helped while Eric was out), Teri, and Haley. all very professional and courteous of my time.Thanks all for getting me in the exact truck I wanted!

I contacted them about a 2020 Tahoe on their website at approximately 3pm. Taylor responded at 3:30 with "This is Taylor with Vaughn Automotive. I see you have inquired about the 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe! This vehicle is currently available.", I thought this was about to be a great experience but I was wrong. She was slow to respond and kept skirting the questions I asked, but we eventually got to a place where I just called and asked for a buyers order so I could get a cashiers check from my bank. She let me know that she would have to have a salesperson contact me, wait....what?? Why have you been wasting my time if you cant help me? I eventually got a call from the salesperson at around 4:50 who asked me some basic questions to put the buyers order together all the while I'm rushing to get to the bank to get a cashiers check before my bank closes at 5. I explain to her that I am grabbing a check for the $48,000 and I live 2.5 hours away and they close at 7, Could they have someone wait 30 minutes until I arrive. As I am having the check cut for their asking price, she informs me that they can not wait for me to get there and they could hold the car for another day for me to come up there to pick it up. I tell them to go ahead and hold the car and I will call her back with a good day for me to pick it up. I no further get into my car from the bank parking lot she calls me back to let me know that the vehicle was SOLD 2 FREAKING DAYS AGO! Why in the hell did you idiots not figure this out before hand? Then to have the audacity to ask if there was another vehicle they may have available. This Dealership does not care about their customers or potential customers. I was a finance manager for a Dealership and if I had customers bringing a check and it was after closing guess what I did, that's right I waited for them to ensure that they got what they wanted and had a great buying experience. you know what else, we did not try to sell cars we did not have! If you have a chance to purchase from these people just save yourself the time and trouble and go to a reputable place because this is not that place!
