I wish I could make my rating even lower than 1 star. We have been LOYAL customers for almost an entire decade. Prices and fees keep increasing and the service they actually provide for my area is awful. We lose reception constantly, drop calls randomly when we have full bars and 5G. They do not work with their customers, they do not CARE about their customers. Poor customer service and poor phone/internet quality provided. We have had enough and urge you to do the same and switch to a different provider. I will be paying 1/2 the price for the same service under a new, more RELIABLE provider who cares about their customers.

This is my 3rd attempt in the last week to cancel my service and go prepaid. I've been here since they opened at noon. It's 11:50. I haven't even been asked what monthly prepaid plan I'd like to go with. Poor customer service! Wish there was another comparable cell provider in and around Ottumwa, IA. I've had service with them since 2003. Ready to quit them all together.

I had a horrible customer service experience Local US cellular store , Quincy in Ottumwa today.. I have been with us cellular for 7 yrs and was treated very rude and good bye US cellular.

Very friendly. They are one of the best stores. They always take the time to make sure you are satisfied with your plan your product(s) and help you get the best price. Sometimes you may have to wait but to me it’s worth it. Great job Ottumwa Uscellular.

I attempted to contact a representative via telephone and was never able to speak to a live person. What a joke. Totally disgusted with the customer service via telephone. Staff in store are friendly and helpful but I don't always have the time to make a trip there. I'm thinking Verizon maybe a better option.

Your over the phone communication is dead I’ve tried calling in and have been on hold countless times and get called back by a voice machine only to be on hold again!!please get an actual human to call me back,,,
