Brian aka The Glassman, is a great guy. A rock truck threw a rock and dinged my windshield. I called Brian who told me to bring it down to his shop. His employee tried to fix it, but cracked the windshield. The Glassman's policy is to tell customers that this is always a possibility when they do a repair. The employee, being new, forgot to tell me. Brian then got me a new windshield and installed it, free! Brian is what a small business owner should aspire to.
