“literally the best customer service experience i've had in a decade. i was concerned about something but didn't know if it was an issue or not, i messaged hy-vee online, they followed through in less than a week and sent me a gift card. i've lived in philly for the last six years and the east coast couldn't even touch the level of excellence you find here in the midwest. the gift card was unnecessary but definitely appreciated!!!! thank you! “Aldi's is great for price and general selection. We buy veggies and some meats there. No free bags, so we bring our own. Shopping cart takes a quarter (25 cent piece) in the handle to use, removable when the cart is returned to the rack. They also have weekly object specials; we got some great kitchen scales years ago that we still use.”
