Worst experience I've ever had buying a car they lied about everything. Ad said car ran excellent, had been inspected, and had no issues. Took it to a mechanic to find out it had over 2000 in structural repairs that needed done. Tried to take it back for my money. Stephane said "we'll I'm not going to buy a new car" umm what? he would only fix the back brakes and "make the abs light come off" yeaaah. I'm still finding major things wrong with This car. This place is super shady and frauded me. Sold a crash victim a car that's falling apart when I needed a car to go out of town the most. Don't trust him.

I was referred by a friend to get my car fix. They did a great job at an affordable price. The stuff are nice and the job is quick. I would recommend anyone in the ottumwa area to Stephane Auto care. You won't regret it.
