Had them replace windshield in my corvette. When I got it back the glass was almost a half inch lower on one side. They bent the trim. It leaks. They didn't tighten the bolts for the top and I about lost it. Took it back and he treated me like a idiot. Whoever he had do it had no idea what they were doing. Will not recommend nor will I be doing business there anymore.

Ottumwa Glass replaced the glass in a mid-century home project. The panes were custom fitted and look great! Pricing was resonable and job completed on time with great communication. Would highly recommend!

I called late one afternoon. I needed a piece of glass cut. They taken care care of me promptly and very friendly. They could have easily put it off till the following day , but they didn't.

Called and asked for a aptto get a chip fixed. Well I called a 800 number and boy that was a mistake. Got there to get the chip fixed. I was informed no we didn't have a apt. They fixed the chip. But went to pay. No receipt. Asked why the billing goes through cedar rapids. OK have them fax you one for me. No. Well they took my card ( which gas been hacked twice) and I don't like my card being out of my sight. And they said here you go still no receipt. So called the 800 number they are suppose to e mail me one. What a stupid racket. Won't go there any more.

Great place, good service, pleasant, affordable and honest pricing. I recommend them highly. They put in three large picture windows. Excellent work and great attitudes. They were very polite and showed great care for our home.
