I drove here from Kirksville, Mo. I had heard good things about this place. The establishment was clean, tidy, sanitary. The lady who did my pedicure was super nice & talkative. The man who did my nails was so nice. He did a great job on my nails. I have never had such good designs before. He was quick. & they went above and beyond on customer service. Worth the drive. I will be back! Pricing is fair too. Thanks!

We were visiting family in Ottumwa and called for same day appointment. They were very accommodating and scheduled an appointment and ended up waiting approximately 30 minutes. Very friendly staff. Nice nail salon. The gentleman was very busy helping everyone and had a couple people started at once so busy jumping up and down helping others hard to focus on one person at a time. Therefore it took a long time. We were there about 2 hours. Very shocked how much the nails cost. It was approximately $25 more than what we pay in Minneapolis. Very over priced.
