We ordered 2 pizzas online. Have to come into town to pick them up and both were completely wrong when we got them home. They offered to write our name down for a free pizza next time but what does that do for us now? The pizzas weren’t even close to what we ordered.

Ordered a pizza through the app on 04/16/2023. I arrived at the pickup time and took my pizza home only to find out that it wasn’t what I ordered. I ordered a Taco Pizza with veggies on half and two orders of breadsticks. There were no veggies on the pizza, it was sloped together, and my pizza along with the breadsticks were hard as a rock. tried calling the store back to let them know about my order and after listening to the phone ring for almost 5 minutes with no one picking up he phone, I hung up. Don’t waste you money or time at this store. I see why it’s the worst rated one in Ottumwa!

Well to start, every time we ordered delivery from mary street the driver kept demanding a tip and i mean every time! Super rude! So we stopped ordering from there and ordered delivery from Richmond Avenue and when I called to see where our food was they said the delivery driver hadn't shown up and didn't know if or when they might show up so I went to get our food myself by bycicle, I showed up and wasted a trip because the driver had already picked up our food and was taking it to our house. And they didn't quit get our order right and the qualify of the food was not good at all there food has gone down hill big time.

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. Wide selection of items, and the pizza is pretty good also.
