Not sure how the food would have been. Stopped in for a quick lunch on the way home. I spent 20 min. from the time I ordered the food (which was sitting in the window) until the time I left without it. They gave me a small side but kept trying to charge me for two small sides. I could not get the people making the food to understand and the price was on the menu in front of me. After going back and forth I left without the food to go get my family lunch elsewhere. I get it people make mistakes but they just would not start over and try to ring my TWO items up correctly.... Two things and they couldn't get it right. They wouldn't even try to get it right just kept trying to say it was right. If you plan to go here take a calculator with you and double check the math... 6.5 +1.99 = 8.49 plus tax not 10.48 plus tax...

Good customer service and easy to get in and out quickly. The staff could manage their employees better and have someone open up a new register to keep up with the flow of customers.

Ok champs has been open for several months now. this is inside the BP station at Richmond and ferry. large convenience store. chicken is ok.... but best if cooked fresh!! they have food in the hot case... but it has been there for a while. chicken was dry,,, tenderloin had been in the warmer case for over 20 min... corn was ok, but the near by apple had dripped cinnamon in the corn. mac and cheese was ok... the apple looked good... but was just like canned apple pie filling... (save your money) way over priced on the food... at least for what you get!! better deal over at pizza ranch for the money!!
