They killed my cat. took her to get fixed, before she was just fine, brought her home, 5 minutes later shes on the floor dead. this place should not be in business anymore!!!! its ridiculous, and they had no explanation on how my cat wound up dead after bringing it home from there vet.

I like the way the staff treats pets and their owners alike. I'm a people watcher and it made me glad to see the compassion and caring given too all clients and animals.

Had both my dogs groomed good customer service the groomer who did they groomed did a fantastic job I will definitely bring them back they also had there shots there I highly recommend Animal Health Center of Ottumwa ?

Very disappointed, never will we back. Had surgery for my dog booked 2 1/2 months ago and they canceled it due to their doctor, going to a cow thing. Absolutely ridiculous! They even confirmed my appointment a day before. I’ve had issues in the past as well when calling and trying to make appointment, they were very short and sometimes rude.
