Bob was EXCELLENT!!!! absolutely the best version worker I’ve ever dealt with! He looked at my old phone and helped me figure out what was wrong with it and then helped me find not only a new phone but a better plan to save even more money!!!

This is where people should go if you're in need of help. These guys, Jeff and Bob, are really smart with phones! Being an older woman who isn't very savvy about phones, they were able to educate me to where I understood the mechanics and features. They were able to sync my information from my old phone to the new phones in minutes(I had no clue on how), so they did it for me.
I love the friendly, outgoing personalities of these wonderful people. Verizon is the best provider for your services. I have a hassle free network, my phone doesn't freeze up, and best of all, it WORKS! I purchased 2 phones, Samsung 23FE, and totally love them. Thanks guys you the greatest!

The associate was friendly and efficient. The cost was the only thing I didn't like and that could have been remedied by displaying prices on the cases, screen protectors, etc. I spent over $300 on things I know wouldn't be hard to obtain for less money. With the economy in the shape that it's in, we have to be very budget cautious.

Drove from Ottumwa to get upgrades for my wife and I. Agent bungled the sale. Wife got her upgrade. I didn't. Still had charges from upgrade I didn't receive. Agent also didn't finish porting over her data. Unplugged it part way then basically told me to do it myself. Called Verizon about the charges to find out he had to correct what he did in store so I had to drive back. Luckily there was another agent there that knew what she was actually doing and she figured out what he had messed up so it was resolved but still not one apology for the mess up or inconvenience. Will not go back ever.

My old Pixel got the black screen of death and I didn't know what to do. The team at Victra got right to work trying to fix my old phone. When it became clear that wasn't going to happen, they listened to my needs and got me the best deal on the phone I wanted. This is the third time our household has dealt with them and each time it just gets better. I can't thank Angelina especially enough for hanging in there with me.
