I am extremely happy and satisfied with The U.S. Cellular Representative that assisted me in selecting IPhone 15 Pro. First time I have experienced coming away feeling confident in knowing how to operate my cell phone with ease.
Nathan in my opinion cares that the customer leaves satisfied and should problem occurs to know the customer is welcome to come back for assistance. Nathan is professional courteous, kind, listens well to customers concerns and needs, etc.

Advertise free phone to anyone not true I couldn't get free phone because I'm on "special plan" when you have a problem and you call you get charged 25 dollars per line it's all about money for them

Everyone at U.S. Cellular in Oskaloosa, IA went above and beyond to get my phone issued fixed. The issue was with Asurion (phone insurance co) not U.S. Cellular.
