Dirty and half the machines are broken. You can tell the owners don't care about the establishment, so I won't be returning.

Called them on a Saturday to see if FedEx picked up packages and I was told, “Yes, they will be here between 11&2 to pick up packages.” So I dropped off an overnight package that had to be delivered within 72hours and I got a text today(3 days later) saying it never got to the destination. Called here and they said it NEVER went out because “we don’t have pickup Saturday or Sunday,” but I was told by the worker that they did have pickup Saturday. So not only do I have to wait even longer to get a new one to send back out, my package was sitting there with human specimen in it for 4 days!!! You guys shouldn’t have a FedEx pick up if you can’t send things out.

Customer service is absolutely non existent. My husband purchased an item that was clearly not up to par. He went back to exchange and the cashier said "we don't take returns." Wth.. it was no good. Disgusted. We sure miss the way things were done when It was Wiggs. Don't give this place your busines! They do not deserve it.

Positive environment, very friendly staff. I don't feel like there's anything wrong with the stores policies, just like anything else there's more than likely a good reason the store has the policies that they do.

It's a great hometown station, it also offers friendly service and good food too. Plus on Friday and Saturday nights they offer great Indian food.

Awesome!! They keep things stocked well, friendly cashiers & owner. Yes, one of their coolers are down right now, but they're trying to get it fixed, kinda out of their hands from what Hubby told me they're having a rough time with parts!! Coldest Beer cooler in town though!! ?

This place seems to be going down hill fast. The store doesn't seem to have much for ac, the coolers for pop and other beverages don't work or barely work so things like milk are kept in the beer cooler. Most of the food is expired by months. The staff on the convenience store part always seem nice and friendly The restaurant part on the other hand has about the rudest staff I've encountered in town. Yelling across the store to other employees saying inappropriate things in front of customers

The change machine gives nickels sometimes instead of quarters, which the laundry machines don't use. I don't like to be shorted 20 cents per dollar I put in there. Also, there are a few broken machines that haven't been fixed for months.Edit: I mean, when I put in dollar bills or five dollar bills, or ten dollar bills, I get quarters and nickels, instead of just quarters. So I'm not getting four quarters per dollar. I'm getting what amounts to 80 cents for the dollar I put in there. This means I have to spend more to get laundry done, because this is sort of stealing from me. It's not a fair trade of one dollar in quarters, for one dollar paper money.
