My son had a deer that ran into the front/side of his vehicle, so needed some repair work. He had previously dealt with Jerry's Pro Collision Center in Osky, but since that time, the business has changed hands. I had the privilege of meeting Doug in the office when dropping off my son's vehicle. Instantly, I could tell Doug was wise, experienced, and mature beyond his young years! He was so mature that I had to ask him if he had any military experience (I've served 24 years in the Marine Corps) because the way he treated me was beyond reproach throughout the week and a half they had my son's vehicle. I visited the shop and communicated multiple occasions with Doug, not because I had to but because I was in the area and/or Doug was simply communicating the progress of my son's vehicle. At all times, Doug ensured that I understood the progress and even showed me photos of my son's vehicle on the computer of an area that was of an issue. Doug ensured that I understood that the work done on my son's vehicle was guaranteed should there be any issues (there are/have been none!). The work on my son's vehicle was professional and done in an efficient manner. I would recommend Jerry's Pro Collision Center to anyone not just on the work performed on my son's vehicle but, more importantly, the customer service, respect, and courtesy exhibited by Doug (his parents should be very proud of him...I would!)Services: Body & Trim

Doug helped take photos and document the damage to my vehicle. Once I had the insurance info from the other party he really got the ball rolling. Even helped get me a rental while my car was being fixed. Will definitely recommend them.

They repainted the Mustang on the whole right passenger side to an expertise color of the same color of the car. Excellent work! Very professional.

The car was clean, ran beautifully, I miss having it but the guys Ins. Wouldn't give me anymore time or money, so I'm out looking for a reliable vehicle ASAP.

Driving down hwy 92 at 5 am, and my truck got up close and personal with a deer. Their meeting was quick and frenzied, and their budding relationship quickly went south, with said deer beating up my truck then running off with some dirty buck it met down at the local watering hole. So I took my truck with its injured pride down to jerrys. Doug was absolutely awesome. Very thorough, informative, and helpful. In fact everyone on the team I interacted with was great! They not only got my truck down in a timely manner, but were very detailed in their work! And they did it in a very quick amount of time, and even returned my car rental back to enterprise in pella for me! I couldn't ask for a better company to do business with! I know from here on out, I will always trust my truck repairs with jerrys pro collision center! And now my truck, with a new headlight, paint, bumper, has the pride and confidence to go out leave all those heartless deer behind in the dust.Services: Body & Trim
