I had a door dash for pizza and I waited 30 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. There was a guy who barley spoke English and he had said he ordered a pizza then the guy in the back tells him they don’t have it and walks away completely ignoring him, another lady comes over to help and says the same thing but the whole time he is trying to ask them to just make the pizza for him. mean while the girl at the front counter is no where to be found with people waiting in line finally she comes out rings people up and as soon as she’s finished dining people up gets on her phone while she could be cleaning the dirty store every single shelf has thick dust food is outdated and is completely dirty, store looks likes it never been swept or mopped, the rug are full with dirt and mud, and the parking lot is full of trash!Do better Casey’s this sucks and I expect more out of this business!Also the guy who was rude name is Dalton I believe I asked to turn him in

ordered a pizza here today. have had great pizza here before but todays was pretty bad. it wasnt cut the way we wanted, the toppings werent correct, and when my mom went to pick it up she had to pay full price despite successfully using her rewards to buy the pizza on the app. they did t gave thin crust and didnt attempt to get ahold of us about it so when we went to pick it up we had to go home without it at first. the guy who made it was too busy talking to his friends and smoking to help.will not be ordering pizza here or patronizing this caseys moving forward.

I’m done! Live in University Park and continue to order pizza there and they continue to screw the order up. I ordered a medium BBQ beef and received a large half pepperoni and half beef with bbq sauce! REALLY ! Pathetic!

One of the worst Casey's I've ever been to. We have ordered pizza every Friday for months from this place and the customer service is terrible. Every single time they answer it is like they are annoyed you called them. Then they tell you with an annoyed voice, before you even tell them the order, that it will be an hour plus wait you still want pizza? The pizza is average at best compared to the others it was just convenient because they are a block away. I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Easily one of the worst gas stations I’ve been to. I’ve ordered food here twice, both times awful but I was willing to think maybe the first time was an off day. It wasn’t. The second time I preordered via the app for curbside. I was there on time to pick up my food. 5 minutes after my pick up time a woman comes out, pulls her mask down TO LEAN INTO MY CAR WINDOW DIRECTLY IN MY FACE and ramble about how the woman who worked before her hadn’t started my food. So here they are about to start it well after I was scheduled to pick it up.Probably 20+ minutes later I drive home just to find that the cheese bread I ordered had half with no cheese on it and the other half the cheese wasn’t even cooked. Their ridiculously priced “wings” were cold and nasty. I ended up throwing it all away.I have the misfortune of this being the only gas station on my way to/from work but can count the times I’ve seen prepared food there actually out and available on one hand. Which considering how nasty their food was is probably a blessing.I’ll be driving a few miles out of my way now to go pretty much anywhere else.

This joint is a mess. 3 of 4 employees had masks around their chins. The pizza was so very bad. Kitchen was gross. Will definitely not order pizza here again.

Ok casey's is the best pizza in town! Watch for the deals and now they have an app with deals that are way lower priced at times Now on to the pizza! Hamburger onion is always a win for me! Yea they do load it up as well! Nice bake on the crust. I call in and pick it up. 20 to 30 min on time. Easy to get in to this location. Small place but good pizza!
