“My spare went flat while on my rural mail route. I had ordered four new tires Saturday morning. The set came in on Monday morning. Tyler came out to my location with the mobile unit and mounted one of the new tires. Had me rolling 30 minutes after I placed the call. Drove to their shop and had the other three changed. So thankful for their prompt service. Only had an hour and a half total down time before back to delivering mail.”

“My son had a deer that ran into the front/side of his vehicle, so needed some repair work. He had previously dealt with Jerry's Pro Collision Center in Osky, but since that time, the business has changed hands. I had the privilege of meeting Doug in the office when dropping off my son's vehicle. Instantly, I could tell Doug was wise, experienced, and mature beyond his young years! He was so mature that I had to ask him if he had any military experience (I've served 24 years in the Marine Corps) because the way he treated me was beyond reproach throughout the week and a half they had my son's vehicle. I visited the shop and communicated multiple occasions with Doug, not because I had to but because I was in the area and/or Doug was simply communicating the progress of my son's vehicle. At all times, Doug ensured that I understood the progress and even showed me photos of my son's vehicle on the computer of an area that was of an issue. Doug ensured that I understood that the work done on my son's vehicle was guaranteed should there be any issues (there are/have been none!). The work on my son's vehicle was professional and done in an efficient manner. “October 17th I brought a trailer in to have an air supply fixed. Got a fixed right away October 18th. I brought a tractor in for an alignment took care of me right away, very friendly service.”
“Went in with a loose tie rod, as told my the oil change place. I got in to mitrisin and they immediately took it back and started working on it. Vehicle was done in an hour, before my ride even had a chance to come get me. Very pleased with how quickly it was done!”
“Kraig Ford in Oskaloosa has a very well round knowledge staff and they want you to feel valued. Everyone from the Sale manager, finance gentleman and our sale guys. Even the detail gentleman was very polite and ask if we need anything. They didn’t want us to leave having unanswered questions and explained everything very well. “Mike was very professional. We had a funny sound begin when the car was moving. We didn't know if it was a bad tire on the front or what. Mike found a wheel bearing was bad, as well as a few minor things. Mike called each time before repairing to keep us informed. We are so thankful he found the problem before we got stranded going somewhere. I highly recommend the shop.”
“I just got a different vehicle . Oil change was over 7,000 miles over due . Fortunately , they were able to get me in . They informed me of another issue of the coolant being almost out . They always help as much as they can . I will continue to keep going back . I hope at some point soon , they flush and change transmission fluid and filter”
