Kim and Timber Ridge is spectacular! I was needing to cater a business luncheon and Kim pressed the “Easy Button” for me. Pulled pork, pit beans, coleslaw, chips, and drinks were full of flavor and the presentation was awesome. My client and his associates truly enjoyed their lunch and nobody left the room hungry. Timber Ridge covered all the bases and didn’t leave me asking for more. Thanks Kim! You are my go to in Osceola.

What a treasure. Our son's would love the supplies to BBQ, the frozen meats and lamb. There were trophies on shelf. Looks like won many awards for their BBQ etc.But we enjoyed smoothies and a cup of the wonderful chili. I believe the meat was ribeye. Yum! A little kick to it! Wonderful atmosphere and a great menu. Must stop and enjoy!
