Actually would rate -10 if I could!!!! DO NOT LET YOUR ELDERLY MOTHER BUY FROM HERE!!! They WILL take advantage of her BIG TIME!!!!! Had to put money, ( almost $1000.) into it as soon as we took it home, they charged WAY ABOVE what it was worth. Went to hell in a very short time!!! Wheel bearings went out and when I had him take it back we were told he can’t find parts for it anymore AND he said the frame was crushed!! I am more than certain he knew ALL the problems with it and sold it any way. BEWARE!!!!!! CROOK!!!

Alarms were ringing on a Friday afternoon as I quickly pulled off the exit into Osceola. My engine was overheating and we were only half-way to our Kansas City destination, and a good ways from home. I took a chance on Rusty’s, as it was closest repair shop I could find, and boy, am I glad I did. I rolled in at 1:15 Pm in a panic, and in 15 min they had diagnosed the problem (leaking water pump), called and checked on getting the parts, gauged how long it would take to repair, had a reasonable estimate for the work needed, and best of all— kindly agreed to tackle it that afternoon. (When they already had plenty of other work to do.) They miraculously got my car repaired, and us on the road by 5pm on a Friday afternoon. I’m extremely grateful for their service, and kindness in tackling it so quickly. She’s been running great since!
