This place was disgusting had a horrible smell. First floor was flooding. Would never go back and the breakfast had a little mouse sneaking around.

Terrible experience, ended up leaving and they refunded us. Air conditioner didn't work, it was pulling in outside air, which didn't smell good due to food plant across the street. Stains on the bed, no elevator. Don't recommend.

THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL FOR SLEEP PERIOD. Has a train every few hours, blowing the horn. There is no sleeping in, every single door slams loud af when someone leaves. Whole hall way smelt like a dispensary. As a Dimond choice member, will not be back to this establishment!

Not very happy wh this stay choice hotels are my go to spots when available, rooms were very clean and smelled good desk personnel very kind and helpful (way to helpful in this case) while I was sleeping a person was let into my room then said person stole personnel belongs, they had a hell of a story on why to let them in my room, In my opinion had the desk Clerk went in with them they would have know the other person was lying I'll not be staying at this location again

I was northbound on I-35 when the Creston tornado warnings popped up heading towards the interstate so I immediately got off at the next exit, Osceola, to wait it out. Just as I got off, the Mt Ayr warning popped up. I pulled into the Quality Inn lot and the front desk clerk Alejandra was at the front door taking a quick look at the skies. She held the door open for me. I told her I wasn't a guest there, but asked if I could wait out the storm in the lobby and she cheerfully welcomed me in. She kept the TV on in the lobby with storm updates and calmly instructed guests where the safest places to go would be. As the tornado passed, just less than a mile to the south of us, I went into the windowless restroom off the lobby. It was impeccably clean - and spacious, which was nice as several of us stepped in there! Alejandra was calm, cheerful, friendly and helpful throughout. She kept track of the situation over the TV and her phone when the TV signal was lost intermittently. I can't thank her enough!!

Very basic and inexpensive lodging. Convenient easy off-on to I-35. Located with a shared parking lot right next to a truck stop with active diesel refueling. About a half mile from active train tracks. Very bland lobby and common areas. Small complimentary breakfast area. Average adequate bed comfort. Extra seating in room consists of a not too comfortable side chair and a desk chair (ours had a back that wouldn’t stay upright). A good breakfast place a few hundred feet away.

Seriously ... OH-see- oh- la? Everywhere else it's pronounced AH-see-oh-la. Anyway, the rooms are clean and the eggs, sausage and waffles were delightful.Food & drinks: Several options near the hotel

Surprised not to read any mention of the trains in all of the reviews I’ve read. Every 20 minutes - ALL NIGHT LONG.
