I had an alternator go out on my bosses Dodge truck and Jim went out of the way to get me back on the road..He was so wonderful!!He let me use some of his metric tools and his covered area out back so I was out of the rain..They don't make guys like him anymore,Just over the top great service he is a Real old school Parts Guy and Mechanic and a wonderful human being!!??And a true American!! ??I made a new friend for life!!I will see you again my friend for sure!!Thank you again Jim!!??God Bless you!!-Daniel

Awesome super helpful friendly employees willing to lend a stranger a hand. I was from out of town on a long trip when my car took a dump. They help me fix her up and get back on the road. If you want knowledgeable help you have to come to NAPA's JP Auto Supply. Jamie knows her stuff and I'm convinced that she could tear apart and rebuild about anything with a motor. Jim is incredibly helpful, kind, and honest. I can't recommend this place enough!
