Car was fixed well. However I was without a loaner for 5 full business days. This was not okay. I also wasn’t updated the status of my car without me having to initiate the questions. I got it back with my trunk left open, my phone (only mine and not my daughters) disconnected from my car. My steering wheel was sticky, air temp changed (I would have understood shut off but not changing my temp setting). I had brand new seal floor mats that were dirty and had crumbs in the back seat floorboards. Car was just bought so no one had ridden in the backseat yet, so these things were not from me. I can understand a mechanic had to drive it, but the mess could have been vacuumed. I do not understand why someone opened my trunk if removed my phone from my car though. Was repaired well through.

They were able to fix our vehicle in under 2 days when we hit an animal, burst our radiator, and were stranded on a road trip from Texas to Minnesota! Their customer service was great — they gave us rides to and from our hotel, and were super accommodating and understanding during a super inconvenient situation. We’re super grateful and highly recommend them!

FYI. We had an alternator fail in Osceola IA. The only dealer in town was a Ford dealer, we have a Dodge. I called their emergency number on their door it was Sunday, the number was the owners cell phone. I explained the situation to him. He told me to bring it in first thing Monday morning and he would take care of me. 2 hours later we were back on the road again. We highly recommend this dealership ( Fleetside Ford)

I was on my way to Missouri for a hunting trip and blew a high pressure fuel line on my truck and reached out to these guys for a tow! Not only were they very helpful and courteous they were very quick to get me going again! I was able to continue on with a friend and they made sure my truck was ready to go on my way home from Missouri! Top notch service and employees were awesome! Thanks again!

I had a cylinder 1 misfire on my way to Utah. These guys did everything in their power to help me. Unfortunately I was stuck for 2 days but these guys worked tirelessly to make sure I was able to get back on the road asap and safely. Super nice people working there and they really do just want to help you.

Stranded by a dead battery and battery connections, the dealership provided excellence in service, very professional overall. We were traveling with a truck we just picked up in Kansas and heading to our home in Minnesota. The entire staff were outstanding in giving us comfort and getting us on our way.
