Drove 30 miles to hopefully replace my SIM card the guy said we don’t carry SIM cards! Really?! so I asked to using the phone to call 800 Verizon so I could e-sim loaded on my iPhone 13 because of no phone service available on my iPhone he said no! Wrote on a card what I needed to do to get phone working properly, I inquired about purchase a new phone he informed me no unless I paid $500! I left shaking my head at such poor customer care!That evening I used a friends phone to call Verizon’s 800 # 2 hours later still no e-sim loaded!Two days later Creston’s Verizon was finally opened, I went in when it was just opening Jayme S. was there to give me the best customer care I have ever received with the Russell’s Verizon’s office! He was so helpful an loaded my e-sim a gave me options on new iPhone! I walked out 30 minutes later with a 15 plus iPhone an a plan I could live with! Thank you Creston’s office an Jayme S. for your excellent customer care!No thanks Mr Osceola Verizon for your non- caring customer care!!Sad way to run your so called customer care Osceola office!

was told i could exchange an iphone out for a samsung if i didnt like within 30 days, the box had a corner torn and they would not exchange. yay i have a $1500 peice of garbage.

The store said i had 30 days to decide on my purchase. I tried to go in and exchange it. The box was a little bent up and they wouldn't exchange. Poor service from what I expected from them.

Very friendly and helpful staffTook my new Galaxy phone today (May 18th) and the young lady at the store helped me transfer all my pictures and videos from my old phone over to the new phone. Very patient and helpful.Very good Customer service!

Got thrown out for arguing with TJ. The wife told him that the Gov. had lifted the mask mandate while she was getting her mask out of her purse and he just said “ain’t arguing with you just get out”. She turned around with it in her hand, he said too late get out. I already had mine on when we entered. Didn’t matter. Anyway, went to Chariton Verizon and switched from US Cellular. Much nicer people.
