We ordered a large pizza last minute tonight and this was our first time to order from this Casey’s. It was the best Casey’s pizza we have ever had. The toppings were plenty, even and mainly the crust was cooked all of the way through! Thanks to who ever cooked it tonight, it was enjoyed.

A big rave to the young lady working at Casey's in Osceola last night!! My sister broke a $100 bill for a purchase of under $5 on our way to AmTrac. Later at the station the cashier met us (in her personal van and in the pouring rain) to return the $95 that had fallen out of her purse / pocket. She went way ABOVE and BEYOND!!! This was on 1/2 between 7:30-8 pm. She deserves recognition for her kindness!

Just used this location for gassing up with the RV on our wayout of town. Didn't go inside, paid at pump. Just barely doable with the RV. It would have been really difficult if it were busier! It was on the app Upscale. But my hubby hit unleaded instead of super unleaded. We ended up paying 60 more cents per gallon! Some weird thing in Iowa that is in MN!

I think ? I’ve been shopping at this Casey’s since it first opened. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted of the treatment of my son and myself. When a manager does not witness a theft herself, takes it upon herself to follow my son to our vehicle and demand he gets out and empty his pockets , because someone else accused him of stealing? So she approaches us like she’s a cop , demands him out and demands him to empty his pockets in front of whatever customers that happens to walk past. This was a humiliating and embarrassing incident for my son and I. He complied with everything that she asked. Unfortunately she’s trying to justify her actions as store policies???

I've always came to this Casey's in Osceola . I love the staff there so friendly and nice. They make the best Casey's pizza,it's the best kept secret in town. But non of there gas pump card readers work. So I will be doing all my business at the new Casey's in 4 corners and all my family is coming with me . Let us know when the card readers are fixed? Thanks

The manager of this store accused my cousin of stealing because another customer told her he was stealing. She chased my cousin outside to the vehicle he arrived in, made him empty his pockets and embarrassed him in front of everyone in the parking lot. All of this to find out he hadn’t stolen a thing. He received a vague apology for the embarrassment. Not to mention, employees are not allowed to chase a customer outside of the store, whether they were stealing or not. That’s the police’s job. So break policy just to find out the information received was incorrect, that’s not good business. This is how we treat customers Casey’s? I don’t think I’ll be shopping with any Casey’s again and I’ll encourage the rest of my friends and family to steer clear as well.

Lady was rude believe was a manager. Accused of a costumer stealing and came outside to confront them knowing they did not steal. She should be fired.
