Always quick and never have to worry about waiting in line or anything like that like most other car washes. Have never had any issues with any of the machines either . Thank you!!

This car was has to be the worst I always wash my car here at least once a week and they always do a terrible job and always notice little scratches after I wash it but this Sunday I brought for a quick wash before work and they chipped my paint of my brand new car and I called immediately when I noticed on so the manager could call me a liar as I new they were going to denied it because paint is expensive and their not going to want to pay for so I told them there for I'm never coming back because they don't take care of you car and cars are not cheap this place is the worse .....never coming back

Paid for a full detail and the outcome was actually pretty good, there's a few spots that didn't get any attention which is a little crazy considering their price for the full detail. The reason for the low rating is due to the fact that they set certain items outside while they work on the inside of your car, in my experience it was a hydro flask. Fast forward to about two days later , I give them a call explain the situation asked if any returned one and I was told "No but maybe the manager got something, he'll be in tomorrow." Cool, I return the call next day and the manager is busy w/ a meeting, I said that's fine I don't necessarily need to speak with him, I called yesterday and was told to call back regarding my lost hydro flask the lady then said "Oh you know what I do remember picking one up." I'm thinking great then why tell me yesterday that you didn't have anything? Asked when I can pick it up and how the manager isn't necessary if it's been found and she had mentioned she didn't know where the guys placed it since she found it, took my name/number down and I have not heard back from anybody. First they say they don't have it, then they do have it but don't know where it's at, then they say they'll call you back but never do. At this point it's apparent that nobody is owning up to losing/stealing/misplacing my hydro flask. Decent wash, terrible customer service. You would think a water container would be safe at a wash but hey here we are. If you're looking for a cheap, good wash I assure you that you can find better elsewhere and your property will be safer.

I have been here around 5 times in the last year, each time has been just OK but good enough for a quick basic wash. Today is the reason I will never be coming back. They were on the busier side but not totally slammed. I was going to choose the basic wash but the man taking orders upsold me on the "fall special", which seemed like a good deal at the time for $40. I asked him how long it would take because I have a work meeting to get back to, and figured I had an hour to spare. He told me 25 minutes. There was no "long wait time" sign up, so I figured it would be relatively quick, based off how many people they had working and there not being a ton of cars, and also taking the guys word for what he said. I go outside to wait for my car, and see there are 10+ people working on the cars so I figured it would be relatively quick. I was proven wrong. My car did not come out of the washer for 45 minutes. At this time, it looks like all of the workers went on their lunch break at the same time, so now they are down to 4 workers for 10 cars that are backed up. The wait time isn't the biggest issue, I get it's hard to keep up with not enough staff and when it gets a little busy, but this was by far the worst car was I have ever received. Fast forward another 45 minutes and my car is finally ready, 1 1/2 hours after I was told it was 25 minutes. I understand a $40 car wash isn't going to be perfect by any means, but the total lack of care and going through the motions is what is upsetting. There are still many pollen spots on my hood, side doors, and roof. There are 5 big streaks of what looks like cleaning solution on my windshield, and several more on all side windows. The "tire shine" I paid extra for was whatever solution is in that squirt bottle, sprayed 4 times on each tire, and not even scrubbed or wiped.I could've taken my car through a gas station wash for $10 and received the same result. I am not writing this review because of the wait time, I am writing because I paid $40 for a very sub par wash with no care whatsoever.All of the staff (in the office) are very nice and pleasant to be around, I appreciate them. But they will not be getting my business and I won't be recommending this car wash to anybody else. If you want a quality car wash for the same, if not cheaper, go to Russel Fischer. The employees actually take their time to wash your car.

It's a warm day and it's supper busy, staff starts to hand out free waters to everyone so we can all stay hydrated as we wait and also give out free candy since it's Halloween season . Now that is a 5 star customer service.

Shame on me...after my one-star review, I went back, twice! The last time I was there, they either took my cell phone adapter for the stereo or it got sucked up in the vacuum. My son was literally using it before we got out of the vehicle - 30 min. later and it's gone. Asking any of them is futile. We went down to Best Buy and bought a new one. Today, I stopped in again, out of convenience (never again) to get my usual $20 wash and despite the fact that I greeted the guy with a smile and a friendly "Hi! How are you?", he was absolutely rude. I said "I'll have the $20 wash, please". He told me "There is no $20 wash, it's $30". What? I've been coming here for a couple years and have always gotten the $20 wash. He said "No, it's $24 and an extra $5 because you are an SUV". I said "Is this new? Because I've always only paid $20". He says, "No, it's always been $30". Um, no. It's always been $20. A small 2 door Rubicon is hardly an 'SUV' but whatever. I'm done. Stealing from me, doing substandard work, breaking things and now telling me I'm wrong, that it's always been $30 for my vehicle Never again...avoid this place or take your chances! P.S. The $25 charge (pictured) was only because I bought snacks that visit. Also, my earlier review about a piece being broken off my hood was a factory part, not a modified part. No

Been going here quite a while now, I originally brought my minivan in & got the full detail over $200, literally these guys 2 hours & an extremely inefficient job done, after me telling them to touch up all the areas missed.Then after taking my truck in, the workers drying vehicles & vacuuming vehicles are very very fast & inefficient, they miss putting back floor mats as they originally were, poor poor vacuum job, and very fast drying & wipe down..The gentleman checking your vehicle in is not friendly whatsoever.This business nickel & dimes you for every detail & it doesn't show with their quality of work..NOT RETURNING!!!!!
