I made the call for an appointment and within 4 days we had an in-person appointment! The person on the phone was so nice, and real, no automated call system!I loved how we could drop off our documents anytime before that and they put in all our tax documents before our in-person meeting!They are open late durning tax season, so it was super convenient for us as we both work full time jobs.Boni, our tax rep was incredible! She worked with us and answered all our questions. It was quick easy and we got more back in taxes than the year before!!What a great team!!!

Deb is beyond rude & I will never schedule an appointment with her again. She is even rude to her coworker Sheryl! Very sad! Thankfully, we were able to be seen by Sheryl though we were scheduled with Deb and were there early & after 1.5 hour wait, she still did not have the decency to admit her mistake in scheduling. Panthetic! I wouldn’t recommend Deb to anyone. If you want to be treated with respect and dignity, see Sheryl. She made the visit worth the time spent waiting.

We were there at our scheduled time our appointment didn't get in until 20 minutes late while we were there 2 kids were in the lobby screaming and yelling while playing a video game our tax Preparer had to stop every 5 to 7 minutes to Bang on the wall or leave the room to talk with the children I feel the price was completely overpriced for the quality and services we received
