The local police had my truck towed on a sunday and it had only sat there for 1.t hrs. Elite is who towed it and they came down on a sunday and only charged me 60.00 to tow it.

Love this place very good service. Fixed my car like new. Also gave car wash inside and out. And engine for free. Even gave me an oil change on the house. Everyone was nice and professional.

Believe in everyone of these five star ratings. I was in an accident not my fault. I had damage to the front and the back. I found JP's on yelp first and lucky me the insurance company had them on their list as well. They go above and beyond to make sure your car looks brand new when they are done. I had some previous damage and they fixed that as well with no extra cost. They keep you updated through text so you know where they are in the process. I cannot say enough about the job they do and the excellent customer service. Take your car here and you will be glad you did!

After someone hit my car, my mechanic referred me to these guys. SO NICE! i was so stressed out and they were calm and explained things step by step. My car came back looking great - and sooo clean! Thank you for making this horrible experience better.

My car got a huge dent in the side while parked in a residential neighborhood. JP Auto Body Shop did a fantastic job with the repair, the panel looks brand new (because it is!), and they matched the paint perfectly. The whole process was great from beginning to end - very friendly, helpful, and educated staff and mechanics. Very good and frequent communication. I would highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone.

Brian was interested in a Toyota FJ Cruiser I had for sale at my place of business. We had spoken about him coming to look at it when he had time. On 3-8-2018 he called to tell my coworker that he would be leaving to head our way at 1:30 in the afternoon. I had spoken to another customer about the same vehicle earlier that day too and they had called to tell me they were headed my way as well. I called Brian at 1:15 to tell him to hold off on coming because I was fairly certain they were going to buy the vehicle and I did't want him to waste all his time driving here if they vehicle was going to be sold and no longer here. When I called Brian he said he was already 40 minutes into his drive but he was going to turn around. I then told him I would give him an update if they bought the vehicle or not. They did end up buying so I called to give him the update. When I told him he was very rude and told me that I "didn't keep my word" and then proceeded to give me a 1 star google review. I feel as I went above and beyond to prevent him from wasting his time.

I was having car problems & I had to look last minute for help & I ended up here . They couldn't fix my car obviously, but one guy in particular ( forgot his name :c ) took the time to look at my car anyway, told me what was wrong & gave me advice on how to go about getting it fixed . Kind of a life saver he was .
