First I’d like to say I’m very pleased with the TA-55 loaded I’ve had for a little over 2 years now. The part that I’m not pleased about and actually pretty ticked off about is trying to get a stupid little retaining clip for the hydraulic lift cylinder that decided to pop off right in the middle of a job I was doing and leaked hydraulic fluid all over the homeowners yard and the road. As soon as it broke I got on Westendorf’s website and was pleased to locate a parts breakdown section where I could purchase specific parts for my loader. Then I come to the section that says if you need any parts related to hydraulic cylinders to call Westendorf directly. Odd but ok whatever. So I call and explain what happened and what part I needed which literally looks like an internal snap ring just is round and about as thick as a clothes hanger. Now this is where things got so Bass-Ackwards I could believe my ears! One would think that a company that stands behind their product would be like no problem Sir we will overnight you one free of charge sorry for the inconvenience, but what I experienced was quite the opposite. I got told that they do not sell the hydraulic parts online and that I had to contact the ACI distributor for my area and was emailed his number and the number of the part I needed. So I called ACI and they confirmed the part number and then said I had to contact a local distributor and give them the part number and tell them that ACI told me to call. So I contacted the local John Deere dealership where the loader was delivered to from Westendorf. The John Deere dealership told me that they do not have that part in stock, and that they had to call ACI and order the part on behalf of me because ACI doesn’t sell parts to individuals and that it would probably take a week or so to get it. I was determined to find the part I needed sooner so I googled the part number I was given and it brought up another page on Westendorf’s website that you can’t get to from the actual parts break down page that sold hydraulic parts. So I ordered the part I needed the evening of 10/17 and spent $50 some dollars to get 2 day air shipping. I never received an automatic email saying we received your order and it will be shipped shortly like everywhere else does. So today 10/18 I called around 4:00 in the evening to see if my order was received or what and was told they would send me an email receipt which I received almost an hour and a half later saying your part will be shipped tomorrow! I’m just so confused on what the heck is going on there? I mean, do you want to sell me the part or what? I went through the trouble of locating it on my own I order it and get 2 day air and nothing gets done with it for a whole day?! You’d think when you come to work in the morning and log onto your computer and see an order was place the night before and that they paid for 2 day air that maybe that person badly needs that part and maybe you should act on it and not sit on it for a full wasted day! This business doesn’t provided products to recreation customers they provide products to people that use them for their business to make a living! I know when I order parts from Vermeer they understand that when something breaks production comes to a stop and if they do not have the part you need they will locate it wherever it is in the United States and next day, air you the part. That’s the way things should be done, but that’s definitely not the way Westendorf conducts business! This is the stupid clip that stopped my production and left one of my customers with debris from a tree I cut down all over their yard for 2 days now and will probably be at least 4 or 5 days when it’s all said and done!

I ordered a cool cap, it took longer than usual to get. I had bought two before and liked them. Finally arrived and had wrong parts… called to get right part and was told I needed to pay for right part!! I was told I would be reimbursed when wrong part was returned. I wanted to get installed so I agreed. Part was over $300 for what should have been $20 at most!!! I was told this was company policy!! Like I’m just supposed to say ok?? This was not right and I will definitely think twice about doing business with them again!!!!

Bought a Brush Crusher BC4300. It would not fit properly on the skid steer quick attach. I had to grind the slots bigger for it to work. Also, when set with the upper teeth at the far forward position, the upper teeth bind with the lower teeth. Overall just poorly manufactured.

Purchased during Covid19, I excepted all issues w shipping! I bought a 72” loader 160 series and works as it should! I built up the bucket a bit which I’m rough with tractor attachments.Painted New Holland Blue which was almost right on.I would definitely buy again from Westendorf if needed!Why didn’t I buy a New Holland loader!Reason being is:9 months which means a year before ready!And I really didn’t care for New Hollands engineering with there newer products.Bucket too far from tractor along with balancing excessive loads didn’t seem safe enough!Westendorf had what I wanted!

In and out delivering return racks for tractor parts. Recommended. Nice folks to do business with.Exit 112 Onawa, Iowa. Go 1/2 mile east. T/L just after the Morton building onto the sidestreet before Westendorf. Pass front driveway if you're delivering. T/R into the shipping and receiving gate. The dock is outside to the left. Go past it, T/L and there's room to get backed up to the dock on the left facing north. Afterwards, buttonhook right and exit the same gate you entered.

On March 14th I ordered a loader for my Ford 1620 tractor. I was given a ship date of May 3rd. A week before my ship date I called to confirm shipping due to Westendorf not emailing me with any updates. Was told by Matt Westendorf that the shipping date slipped to June 6th. I called June 1st in regards to my order. Was told that that my ship date had slipped again. I informed the nice lady that I had an email from Matt about my ship date. She informed me that she would send Matt and his father an email and they would get back to me.To anyone looking for a loader GO somewhere else cause once they get your money you WILL NOT HEAR BACK FROM THEM.
