“Great bunch of folks. I was broke down at next exit north. January 12th in the freezing weather. State wouldn't let them tow until the 15th. They got my rig to the shop for air line repair.”

We were on I-29, and our car died at night near town. We were able to limp to town and get a motel room, and first thing in the morning I called Midwest Auto Repair. Though they were fully booked, they were willing to work us in to try to diagnose the issue. Gil quickly figured out what was wrong, but needed a part. The closest one was in Sioux City, and they were willing to drive up there that day to pick it up so they could get us fixed up and on the road! (One of their friends in that town actually ended up picking it up for them and driving it down.) Gotta love small town American hospitality and neighborliness!
We were back on the road by 2pm with a perfectly fixed vehicle! I am so, so grateful for their kindness and expertise, and I cannot recommend them enough!”
“I ran into Troy and Jennifer at the gas station in Onawa. I had a tire that had a pretty bad leak at the valve stem and needed some help to get it fixed. I was heading to Omaha and wasn’t going to be able to make it without it being fixed. Even on Christmas Eve, he brought me back to his shop and swapped out the valve stem and had back up and running in about 20 minutes. “My children and I were riding down the highway. I noticed my tire pressure was low. I discovered what I thought to be a nail inside the tire. After asking my friend a place to repair tires in town. He referred me here and the gentleman that repaired my tire was fast and friendly. I thank him for what he has done. I wasn’t having the best day until then.
