We had a group event on the Miss Chevous. The boat was nice, the bartender was great. The captain had a great sense of humor and was very easy going. I think everyone had a great time. Nice, relaxing ride and great sites. Good job guys!

Wife and friends were on a bachelorette party, rented a pontoon and had a captain. The man that drove the boat for them was taking pictures of the girls without their consent and trying to be sneaky about it. His son was driving another boat with a bachelorette party on it and texted him to stop taking pictures of the girls because one of them was behind him watching his phone. Get better people and drop the creeps

Very disappointed! Lost shaker of salt cruise and at 8 :37 pm have heard two jimmy buffett songs. Won't be doing this again!!
Those of us who are parrotheads expected 3 hours of Jimmy buffett. Bought the DJ a shot, begged him to play Jimmy, nothing.
Poorest excuse for a Buffett event ever!
From now on we'll save the money, sit in the van and listen to Margaritaville on Sirius XM!

They’re great! The boats are good, the instructions are good, ask any questions and you get an answer. We had no issue with the check in, rental, driver sign in, or returns. The store is loaded with goodies, and the prices are also good considering the alternative is buying, storing, trailering and licensing a boat yourself! Friendly informative staff all around. It is a Funhouse parking lot but provides lots of parking. Used these services many times and always had a good experience.

Came in this morning to see about renting paddleboards. We inquired about weather they were hardshell or blowup sups and were told they were hard. That’s what we wanted to rent so we paid, walked over to get them and they were the cheap blowup kind. They were low on air, missing fins and we were given a narrow kayak paddle, we found a worker and asked if they had the better boards but no.. we didn’t want to give up and still enjoyed an hour on the lake but it was disappointing because the lack of air made it difficult to stand and balance so we sat the whole time and the lack of fins made them hard to control.

Our 24 foot pontoon (Big Ollie) was filthy upon arriving at our boat. Cobwebs on the steering wheel, dried blood on the drivers seat and goose poop on the floor and passenger seats. We were able to flag down a nice kid who worked for Okoboji Works and said “this is unacceptable.” He helped us and cleaned everything off but it delayed our departure about 20-25 minutes which ate into our boat time rental.

The dj on your miss chevous sucks. He is so loud that anyone within 4 miles has to listen to the profane noise maker. Please tone it down.

My wife and I were very happy and pleased with the staff and ambiance of the facility. Very relaxing views, great waitress. She was very pleasant to talk to and engaging.

We had a great time on the boat. But that's when our good experience stopped. When we first checked in, I told them we were changing drivers from the original person that signed the paperwork to somebody that was a license boat, driver and much older. The lady at the front desk said there was no reason to sign new paperwork and everything would be the same including insurance price. Which on their website is estimated to be only $60. before even returning to the dock they had charge my card an additional $200 with no explanation. I called multiple days in a row with a promise for a callback from a manager. I never once received a call back. I was told multiple times I would get a full refund by multiple people. comes to find out they charged me almost $200 based off my age. That's why I asked before we got on the boat if we needed to change the information about the driver. I had to call seven times before I could speak to a manager. And was told there was nothing they could do And it was out of their hands. I have no problem paying for the boat. My problem is being charged almost $200 for insurance because of my age even though I told them and try to change the paperwork multiple times because I was not driving the boat
