Wow, just wow. Mr. Simone Hickingbottom is a really helpful young man. I asked if they had any limited mountain dew in the refridgerated area and he dug back there and got me one. He needs a pay raise, most other workers there are not motivated and are quiet quitters. I think they should add a seating/lounge area because the ogden Caseys has the best atmosphere! SAY NO TO CUM AND GO.

i would like to give zero starsi ordered my pizza at 538 pm and was told 30 minutes, i got to the store at 615 and my order had not even been printed,i am still at the store at 643 and no ergency, no appollogy, no cocern by anyone in the store, i am very disappointedjason

Ordered a breakfast pizza , and it was made great, ordered boneless wings and also great and they gave us extra.

Ordered three pizzas. Two were made but the third one was not. Waited 45 minutes before they told us two were done and they forgot to make the third. Offered no discount at all on the two cold pizzas. This location obviously needs to work on their customer service.

We ordered 3 pizzas and after 45 min of waiting they told us they messed up our order and it would be another 35 minutes for the 3rd one. So we canceled the 3rd pizza. You would think the other 2 pizzas, (that were now cold) would have been complimentary after such a debacle. But no...$33 for 2 cold gas station pizzas. (And if you want taco sauce for your taco pizza, you'll need to ask for it. It's not provided)

Amazing customer service! I am a amazon driver and left my Debit card at home one shift. I had no credit cards working and was starving for lunch, as I forgot that too. The cashier was amazing and helped me out. That's top notch customer service!

This Casey's is straight trash! Bathroom had stinky urine everywhere. They don't even accept credit cards at the pump. You go and spend 5 minutes trying different pumps because there is no signage and then head inside to see what the deal is and there is a small piece of notebook paper with a barely legible scribble that says cash only. Big nasty!!!
