I absolutely enjoy heading to the local Oelwein Post Office. It is my personal opinion that we have the country's best "Postmaster"!!!! She is extremely efficient, kind, accomodating, knowledgeable and patient. I had a few issues this past year with mail forwarding and she took charge and did her best to put me at ease. I find that in today's world, most places do not care if you are a satisfied customer or human being. So, it matters to me when someone goes the EXTRA MILE!Thank you for being you!A. Miller

Ever since the election have started, it’s been issues with getting packages and mail to our address. I’ve called and the rep told me that they’re just behind. Every time I turn around, this post office is always behind!!! I don’t spend money on orders to just to get them late. Start treating your employees better and madly every this company won’t behind due to turn over rates....

This is the WORST post office I have had to deal with in 30 yrs of being an adult that receives mail. Constantly loses packages, and mail, lies told always. I have to search all over each side of town, just to find my mail. Have been told it's my fault because I named my son after his father, but we didn't have this problem in any other town, just this one. They always blame someone, or something else, like a machine, sorting facility, company sending mail.
