What a great amenity of Oelwein. Any kid will love this pool. The zero entry is awesome. Plenty of things for five and under to do.

Friendly, kind, informative staff. Clean, fun, and was a lovely experience. For the price of entry, totally worth it. Plan to go weekly.

Very nice pool area, and the kids enjoyed the first 2 hours. The lifeguards had let my daughter go down 6 times within the first 6 hours. The last 45 minutes we were there, one of the lifeguards wouldn't let my daughter go down because she was not tall enough. It wouldn't have been a big deal if she hadn't already gone down 6 times. We understand rules, and we follow them. But the fact is my daughter was approved to go down multiple times, so she had in her head that she was tall enough. I mean, she does bigger slides and zip lines down here in Florida. But once someone is told they can do something and then be told differently by others, it's messed up. We went to talk with the person in charge for the day, and this same lifeguard raced up there and already said her thoughts. As we were trying to talk, she would speak up and interrupt us every time. She was very rude and had a big attitude the whole time. She then found my niece and made her get out of the water because of her stretchy shorts and said they looked like jeans and were not allowed to be in the water with them. At this point, it felt like we were being targeted by this same girl. The rest of the lifeguards by the pool were super nice and very respectful.

Sure I go to the pool to swim and hangout with friends, but yesterday my friend and her little brother were drowning and the lifeguard didn't even see it. So I had to carry them to the edge of the pool so they weren't drowning

Nice pool except the constant making of all getting out of pool. In 3 hours at pool we were out almost half of that.

They will kick people out if the boss feels like it even if they are following the rules the have 30 minutes breaks when it normally should be 15 minutes breaks they don't have enough life guards to keep the slide and diving boards open but the life guards can use them on there break... Seems to me they seems they think they don't have to follow their own rules.
