Megan at the Oelwein store was amazing! She made a task I’ve been putting off for months seem easy and less costly than expected! She was very patient with my decision-making and helped steer me in the right direction with no pressure to up-sell. She even offered next-day delivery but I opted to wait for next week. This store has always been good to me—I appreciate that they treat me like family!

Ashton Lang, helped us with any and all questions we had. We talked about real life scenarios with us both have boys. The fun of constant laundry, and how our new All In One can be the best answer. I'm excited to run my first load of laundry through. She was very kind and easy to talk to. I wish I had the power to give her a raise or more commission. If I could leave 100 stars I would. Ashton L. & Jennifer P. at Appliance Plus in Oelwein have been absolutely incredible. They offer quality products and unbeatable service, especially for our rural area. Their timely attention to detail and customer satisfaction is extraordinary and unmatched. After multiple visits over the past couple weeks I have felt like they had my back since day 1. The atmosphere of their store is so friendly and inviting with the energy they bring to their team. Megan was also very pleasant and easy to talk to. They look out for their client’s best interests every-time, and TRULY go the extra mile!! I know we will be choosing appliance plus in Oelwein for all of our future appliance needs- Thanks a million!!
