Between my husband's vehicle and my vehicle, we have taken our vehicles here around 4 times within the last year for either maintenance or repair. Terry has always treated us well. I'm glad to have found an auto mechanic in the Norwalk area we can trust.

Oil change and spark plug change. Turns out the guys at OReillys sold me the wrong spark plugs, so he ended up having to do all six including the three I had already changed out. No complaints about doing so either. He was also great about my toddler wanting to pet the cats that were there (which involved him trying to climb onto the counter). I'll definitely be taking my vehicle back here!

If you want an honest mechanic, come see this guy. He checked the shocks on my husband's 2009 Ford F-150 and said they were fine. Checked tires etc. The Ford dealer said he had a broken shock and wanted $1200 to fix it.

Highly recommend Terry! Honest, reasonable and does a great job! I was in Des Moines with my 2006 Chevy Silverado when my brake line sprung a leak late on Saturday. Thor drove it to my sister's house in Norwalk. I called the Chevy dealer and set up a Monday morning appointment, was charged me $154.00 to diagnose the brake leak and tell me that I needed a complete brake line replacement to the tune of $1125.00. Janet, my youngest sister, and I began calling different businesses that her family and friends suggested. Terry's Auto Clinic came up as a good place several times. I'm glad I waited until he could look at it on Wednesday. I only needed the long single brake line replaced saving me $950.00. When Terry test drove the truck, he noticed a loud low growl. When he put it up on the hoist, he knew it was my left front wheel bearing assembly was the problem. He immediately let me know and quoted me a price. It was extremely reasonable, even my small business shop I go to in Davenport said it was a great price. Drove home today and the truck was quiet and the brakes worked great!!!! Thank you, Terry!

The other day I was driving down the highway and my car started overheating... I pulled over immediately let it cool down and noticed the coolant had leaked all over the road. I put a jug of water in it and made my way carefully to the nearest mechanic I could find in Norwalk. Luckily it was Terrys Auto Clinic! It was a Friday afternoon and he is closed on the weekends, so after talking to him I left my car there and he said he would look at it Monday morning. Monday came around and he called me up at told me I had a cracked radiator! I was bummed and thought surely it would take some time to replace. He had my car done that afternoon and it's running great so far! (Knock on wood) he was friendly and informative on the issue and what may have caused it and quick with the fix while being reasonably priced. I left a satisfied customer and if I have car issues I'll definitely keep Terrys in mind.
