Don't ever buy this ham! It is extremely salted and impossible to eat... I have traveled the world, I am a connoisseur in hams, Spanish, Italian... Unfortunately, this brand and these hams are not good quality.

Pro: The meat I purchased was definitely tasty.Con: One item I purchased was spoiled upon delivery.These things happen, but the way La Quercia handled this was unprofessional and uncompromising (offered a store credit, but would not ship out a replacement unless I paid for shipping). I won't be buying from them again...

Purchased $26 of Pancetta incl shipping. Box came completely destroyed by UPS. La Quercia refused to refund me money or even give store credit. How is anyone expected to consume food that was transported across states like this? Awful customer service. Was going to be a repeat customer but lost me. Buy from Di Brunos.
