This was the only place who had availability for an oil change, and now I understand why. I came in for a simple oil change, I was told they would be out in a minute. I could see four workers chatting, seemingly not working, and had to wait 15 minutes until one of them finally came out. They were completely rude and acted like me being there was an inconvenience to them. I proceeded to wait for nearly two hours while they did the oil change. I went to pay, and they charged me $40 for a tire rotation and multipoint inspection, neither of which I requested or was told they would be doing. When I stated this, they insisted I pay the price for the service and were so disrespectful. I have never had such a horrible experience at a car service place, let alone for what should have been a simple oil change.

This is the most incompetent, hard to deal with, & rudest service department of all the Chevrolet dealers in the Des Moines area. I have taken multiple vehicles to them through the years because their sales department has treated me really well. Each time they screw something up, don't fix it, or just can't get me in even when they tell me what time to arrive. Because of the ineptitude of this service department I will be purchasing my next vehicle from another area Chevy dealer because I just can not handle dealing with this place anymore. I very highly recommend saving yourself a great deal of grief & going somewhere else!!!

I've bought 2 cars here now. If I'm being honest, I was pretty bitchy the first go-around, but I ended up getting what I wanted so it all worked out. It was a man, and boy, do I love to hate me a man. THIS TIME HOWEVER, it was a lady and I'm terrible at being mean to women, so I knew it was going to be a pleasant afternoon. Jenny was doooope. I would 10/10 hang out with this woman in real life. She was amazing. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, or lied to, or promised anything insane, or any of those shitty things that happen when you a buy a car. It was beautiful. THEN MY BOY JOHNNY SHOWED UP. (Don't worry, I had a bit of a panic attack because, "why tf would I be trading in my truck right now?! Go home." And I was bitchy at first. He navigated it like a dang professional. Must have a wife at home ) Johnny was dope as well. They worked with me to get s*** juuuust right and bam. New car. Today the battery went out. I took it in, they got right to it, it was fixed, and they were awesome to me. 10/10 go buy a car from Jenny. Or s**** just go hangout with her, that's a good day too.
