This a great day to have a relaxing pedicure and a good upscale dip for the nails. This is a very efficient and service friendly place, but try to avoid Saturday their most busiest day — because if you are errand prone— as most people are on a Saturday— you may have a twenty minute wait and if you did not make an appointment— you may as well forget about it. The nail specialist did a fantastic job and did not take all day to finish my top of the line pedicure and two tone nail dip — now that’s service! After two years I returned for a followup review of a fun relaxing place, but either it was a bad day or management has let overall cleanliness go to pots. Dust was everywhere, tool sanitation was questionable which makes the customer skeptical of continued visits due to rapid nail and toe infections at some nail shops. Perhaps due to staff shortage the work environment was needing more attention than they had time, yet it is important to return to the overall cleanliness and sterilization of pedicure tools that customers are use to getting.

Very bad at scheduling. Multiple occasions I have called to schedule appointment & when I show up they ask me to come back at different time or say they can only do 1 of the 2-3 services scheduled.Service is always rushed and they don’t fix mistakes. He cut my finger causing it to bleed too.

I’m a newly converted fan of dip nail polish after not wearing nail polish for a decade. The owner, did a fantastic job, with the longer lasting dip. He is very meticulous about detail. They are friendly and respectful. They are reasonably priced and do excellent work on pedicure, manicure, acrylic, dip. They're the ones! Make them your new nail spot!

Overall a very awkward experience with no gloves, a dirty salon, and lack of knowledge. I got a shellac manicure 5 days ago. I have babied my nails/hands since then, as I want my nails to last through our vacation. My nails and cuticles were not adequately prepped, and the entire process was rushed. Almost every single nail is already chipped. Where the polish met or overlapped my cuticles, it is coming off. You know when you get shellac and it separates from your actual nail after awhile? Only took 3 days. My nails look horrible. This place is charging for a manicure when they are slapping on polish. Complete waste of time and money. By far the worst “manicure” I’ve ever received.

I have been coming here for well over a year. Usually my nails are done perfectly but this last appointment was so bad I had to leave a review. When I came in there were a couple people ahead of me which normally isn’t a big deal, however, they were very under staffed and only had two techs working. I waited around 20 minutes to be seen which was not the issue for me.The issue for me was that my tech completely rushed my appointment and seemed extremely stressed out the entire time I was in his chair. I asked for shorter almond nails and I what I received were very long and a weird round shape. My nails were not prepped properly and when my dip was being shaped they were not even and very lumpy. On top of that the top coat that was put on smudged and smeared as soon as I got home. I was very disappointed considering I’ve had previous good experiences. I don’t think I’ll be coming here again.Service: Dip powder

The picture I showed was an almond shaped nail with brown tips and white line above tip. I was immediately told “that’s too hard” so I was unable to do what i wanted. I decided I wanted a nude vase with brown tip but was told it would be “too thick” so again I was told no to what I wanted. Instead the mail tech did a poor job of painting a brown tip. During the appointment he was very aggressive towards me and grunting. While he was doing my poorly brown painted tip he smudged it and was upset with ME that he had to do it over. I have never had such a bad experience before here and I will not be returningService: Acrylic nails

I went in for a dip and halfway through they realized the dip was patchy so they decided to cover it with gel, which I was fine with. The next day I went on vacation and halfway through the week my nail color started chipping. I went back to the salon as soon as I got back from vacation, which was only a week, and asked them to fix it. They fixed my nails but charged me to fix their mistake, $45! Two days later my nail color started chipping again! Let me just say this has never happened to me before, at any nail salon. I’m never going back.Service: Acrylic nails

Love love love they take so much time shaping which I like personally and they are so precise with every little thing best place I have been. And it was only $75 I feel like for almost 2 hours of hard work it would be $110 but $75 I love this place so muchServices: Nail art

Shellac is supposed to last 2 to 3 weeks. In less than a week, 3 of my nails have lost a decent chunk of paint. For the price, it's not worth it.Service: Manicure

I thought I left a review but I don't see it posted. These people are awesome and they do excellent work every time. My mom and I have been coming here for a very long time and we have never ever had a bad experience. We are so happy they are in Norwalk and if you haven't been there please make sure you give them a try. We've seen a lot of people come and go and we have never seen anybody leave unhappy. The one thing I do want to say is I seen a negative review somewhere about somebody leaving with a bumpy nail and they were so unhappy and will not go back. One thing that is so aggravating to me is when people get something done and they leave without telling their nail technician. If you look at your nails and check them over before you leave and something don't look right, TELL your nail technician BEFORE you leave! I know these people well enough that they want you happy and if there is something you notice that you want different or don't like simply tell them and they will make it right; they are human and maybe something might not be perfect every time but they want you happy and they want you to come back so communicate and let them know if you need something fixed or done different, it's that simple. But again we've been there long enough and we've always been happy and always left happy and frankly have always seen other people leave happy. Great people and service
