“First time getting a broken phone screen replaced at a place like this, as most of my quotes from similar businesses had costed as much as just replacing the phone. I was really impressed. The repair was done in under two hours, with OEM parts, and for about the same price as if I had bought the carrier protection plan. The tech was professional, knowledgeable, and (most impressively) patient and not patronizing to the older couple he was simultaneously supporting during my device check-in. Great experience for me, and somewhere I feel comfortable recommending to friends and family that aren't as tech savy, having seen how those other customers were treated. “GREAT!!! Took my phone to another location for a new screen. By the time I got home, a matter of minutes, the phone was rapidly discharging. I couldn't recharge it because the thermal sensor was not working. I took the phone back to the shop and the owner told me that I needed a new phone...cost, $189.00, plus tax. I got a new phone but the power was too low on the old one for a data transfer. I went to CPR Cell Phone Repair, located on 5th Street in West Des Moines (Valley Junction) and they were able to fix the phone and complete the data transfer. I'm back in business. Couldn't thank them enough.”
