Memorial bench was replaced and shipped for free due to fading of the plaque and a slight defect in the polymer. With little to no hassle and it got here fast. I Can't say more about this company they are exceptional.

This is the sort of thing that makes me proud to be an American, built like a tank, if the sky ever falls, just get underneath it, you'll be fine! Long wait time, it took six months to receive it but you can’t knock the quality.
