“They were very understanding of my trade in and my wants of a new vehicle. They had very much trust in my word. My only issue is not specifically with the dealership but with all car dealerships, is when they try to upsell items that makes your car payments go up. When a customer says no, no means no. Maybe they can't afford it or they simple don't want it. They almost lost a sale because I had to say no 4 times & walk outside to cool off before they got the point. Overall, I highly recommend Ford and Junge Ford North Liberty.”
