“Saw North Liberty Automotive on line searching for someone to look at my low tire indicator. Although they were obviously swamped they immediately took my car to check and found that my tire sensor was incorrect and reprogrammed it for me. It was greatly appreciated since I had a 7 1/2 hour drive back to Kentucky on Sunday. The staff were very courteous and I appreciated the extra care they provided.”
“Got a flat tire on my EV and call them up to get a tow. Gave them my location, they were there with in the hour. appreciate the fast response time, Considering I did not have an appointment. Backup to the front of my EV and hooked up, Told him where I wanted to go, and of we went, When we got to my destination, pay with card. Unhooked. Super easy, No Damage to EV that I could tell. Would use again. Thanks guys.”
