While fresh I want to share my experience with the service in the North Liberty location. The contractors ordered deck paint based on the colors of swatch book from the store. The paint was definitely different from the swatch. The representatives in the store refused to exchange the paint. I called just to be repetitively informed that the mixing machine did what we asked. No discount. I have to cover $300 for extra paint. This is a big corporation, able to show some flexibility especially if the product is not satisfactory. But I guess profit is above quality and customer service.

Good service in the store. Suggestion: You might want to put a sign out at your driveway entrance. Google maps wanted me to go past it and turn right onto Sara Ct, and back north on 965. That would have been totally wrong Mr. Google Map!

Terrible customer service...they need to learn to acknowledge a customer, even if it'll be a while. Place was dead, but apparently my order wasn't important. Fourth time and last time I'll go there. Always bad.

Very rude & unhelpful. All the sells person wanted to say was that anything they would have would be $350 and up a gallon and would not properly assist me. I told him I didn't mind paying that much for what I am looking for. Very unprofessional.

Had a great experience as a smaller business owner purchasing paint for our new office space! The associates were very kind and helped us save a lot of money during this crazy expensive time of the pandemic!
