This place is awful at communicating. I had to go through them to get my air fixed. The first time it stopped working within the first five minutes of using the car then they were a hassle to deal with making ME feel as an inconvenience. & they BROKE my windshield & after that was “fixed” months later they still are yet to contact me on getting it actually fixed the correct way yet. All I can say is.. Plenty of other places to go!

Quality has always been great to work with. They are great at communicating a timeline, what needs to be done and even helping priorities in getting parts fixed. They are honest and dependable. Nothing beats talking to a real person who will take the time to explain items. I would put Quality up against any larger dealership’s service department any day!

Great folks and great place. As far as quality goes, they’re top tier. Price seems like it could be a bit more balanced, but you get what you pay for type of thing.

Alex helped me schedule a brake flush that I needed for my Outback. The work was done quickly and I definitely recommend this repair shop. Great service at a fair price at Quality Car Care this week.

Having some issues with my Ford Sport Trac. Quality looked over my pickup and did an oil change. Gave me an estimate on the repairs that needed replacing and estimate on repairs I needed to do down the road. No high pressure sales talk. Service writer called me and asked if I had any questions. Talked about the repairs. Very honest people and caring. I highly recommend Quality Auto for your vehicle maintenance.

This is the quickest and most thorough place I’ve ever brought my car. Alex did an amazing job explaining the issues that were going on and letting me know what really needed to be done and what could be done over time. I will definitely be coming here for all my vehicles needs. They all did a great job!

Thank you !! June 18th 2024. Live in Tipton. On my way to Amana to help a friend,but on I-80my car start to shake. Finally after alot of stress, found Quality care. Very friendly. I my home to my front tire got replacement and .,my lug nuts were coming off.Thanks again for your time,and kindness.
