Flowers were delivered Friday afternoon. My mom was not home so they left them on the front porch in the sun. No one called the phone numbers given. I was notified at 12:28 am on Monday that the flowers had been delivered. I realize Mothers Day weekend is busy, but there are better choices than leaving flowers in the sun.

I needed to order flowers for my dear friend after her parent passed away. The website was easy to use. I was relieved to be able to order from a shop local to her as I’m out of state rather than 1-800 flowers and I was definitely impressed. I ordered them at 8 am, they were delivered by 12. I even called to get a time range for delivery and they were super sweet about checking it for me. 10/10 customer service and the flowers were beautiful. Thank you North Liberty Flower Shop for making a difficult time much easier.

North Liberty Flower Shop was amazing to work with for my 2023 wedding! I met with Jordyn in the store and went over all the details to make my floral dreams come true. She created an amazing mood board that showed images of the types of flowers she would use on my wedding day, different styles of floral work, and used the inspiration photos I had sent her to tie it all together. Jordyn had great communication over the phone/email and kept me up to date with what she was doing with my florals leading up to the wedding week. I got SO many compliments on my wedding flowers and have been recommending North Liberty Flower Shop to all my friends and family!

I contacted them about an arrangement I had received that wilted quicker than I had expected. They responded very quickly and fixed up my arrangement with new flowers to bring it back to beautiful. I would recommend working with them and plan to be a returning customer. Great customer service!!
