Don’t believe the “most affordable” nonsense.
Over the years he’s been either dishonest or unable to solve seemingly simple issues. Terry will gladly slap on unnecessary charges when you ask him to do basic service on your vehicle. He’s more than willing to do this to a customer who’s been extremely loyal to him for many years. I recommend finding a much more trustworthy business. You’re going to lose money here for no reason!

Saw North Liberty Automotive on line searching for someone to look at my low tire indicator. Although they were obviously swamped they immediately took my car to check and found that my tire sensor was incorrect and reprogrammed it for me. It was greatly appreciated since I had a 7 1/2 hour drive back to Kentucky on Sunday. The staff were very courteous and I appreciated the extra care they provided.

Took my car in to have a very common problem fixed. Was very secretive about pricing and had a lot of extra charges in the quotes for no good reason. Used cheap synthetic blend oil. Was told they would not use the part I recommended, so of course they sold me the more expensive part. I open the hood, sure enough it’s the part I recommended. Would have saved me 400$ if they allowed me to order the part. Anytime I recommended a part (which I’m certainly no expert but I’m fully capable of doing research) it was immediately shut down and was fed junk information.
A small recap.
This shop will take full advantage of anyone who is not mechanically inclined. They don’t mind throwing in nonsense charges. Only reason they earned a two star is because the shop did have it done in a decent time and the mechanics seemed to do okay!

This repair shop is GREAT! I received prompt service on my Subaru Hybrid. They towed my car, replaced my battery and windshield wipers and the cost was very reasonable. They provided a ride back to the shop, within a day. I highly recommend this shop for repairs or general service to your auto. Winter is coming!!!Service: Battery

man these guys are AMAZING!!! anytime I have a issue with my car they show no hesitation that they are willing to look at it no matter what. the best part is that they remember the customer... I tell them my car and instantly remembered who I was and mind yall I haven't been there in a few months. I would definitely call these guys to get ur stuff looked at
