“I went to Next Generation Wireless in North Liberty to discuss phone upgrade options and Alex assisted me upgrading my plan and helped me get a new I phone 13. The phone is amazing but it does not float !! With that said, yes I lost it in the Coralville reservoir 2 days later. I called the North Liberty store and they had my old phone re activated in less than an hour and I filed an insurance claim at 8:00 Friday night and had a replacement phone in my hands Monday evening. I could not have asked for any better service. Thanks again! Dave”

“I dropped my phone into my tub and brought it in the next day. They were honest about what they could do and how much it might cost. It took a little longer than expected so they even dropped it the price. It works great! Better than I could have asked for after what happened! Hope to not need them again but they were great!”

“Tyler was amazing! The screen on my old phone went haywire and I couldn't do anything with it. Tyler listened to my situation and what I wanted. He found a great deal for me to get a new phone and added a new line to my plan saving us money while getting us some nice upgrades. Tyler then performed magic with my old phone and managed to get everything transferred to my new phone from my old phone even though he could barely see anything on the screen of my old phone. I highly reccomend this store and especially Tyler!”

“A much better store than it was a year ago. Now it's ok. My wife and I were able to walk in and be greeted. We looked at phones (though it's limited to Apple, Google and Samsung products on display) and talked to a real person who was able to guide us through the options and prices. We were then able to purchase a phone, set it up, transfer the data and walk out the door with it. With the exception of looking at phones those are all things we were not able to do a year ago (2023).”

“Nelson is the most patient most reserved sales associate I’ve dealt with. He does not bombard you or get pushy. He listens to what you are saying and only acknowledges the things you want without trying to sell you everything in the store. And I know he’s good because I didn’t want to spend money but I DECIDED to spend money ?. Job well done! The store also has a great environmental with great staff. It’s a place you don’t mind waiting for help. Simply amazing!”
