I’m new in town and I was pointed to this office by a relative. I called to make an appointment and was told to come in, fill out paperwork then make an appointment. I thought that was odd, usually it’s the other way around. I waited and called again thinking I had gotten a newby. I called a third time, same. So I decided to go in because it was close. When I got there and asked to fill out the paperwork she told me they were booked up until October and would not give me paperwork to fill out. That is just laziness and could care less attitude. If you’re new here like me, avoid this place. Not worth the effort.

As a walk in clinic it was fine. Don't recommend for long term. I complained for years of persistent muscle weakness likely from prescribed statin. Only got a change in medication when another specialist recommended it. My pa recommended doing wall squats. Actually more than once. They erred in the new prescription, delaying it for 3 months. My annual physical was cancelled without calling me or giving me any explanation why. Pharmacy denied another diabetic medication stating I was no longer a patient there. That's fine as I'm definitely not, but would have appreciated a notice on that. I don't think they are concerned losing a patient/customer.

My previous provider of years left recently and everything has been nearly impossible since then. My last appointment before she left, I was waiting in the lobby for an hour after my scheduled appointment time and the provider had to come out herself because there was no staff to assist.
I adored my previous provider and she was why I continued to come here even after moving, but since she left they have not been helpful at all.
I understand everyone has been understaffed since the pandemic, but I would not recommend this practice at this time.

Each time I made an appointment with Alexis Vincent, it would result in being unnecessarily sent to a specialist which wasted my time and money. Today I scheduled an appointment with Stephanie Moon since I had filled out paperwork to start seeing her weeks ago and had never heard anything back from them. I was then called an hour later to be told they cancelled the appointment because the switch was denied and I would have to call around to find other doctors. Although I explained I am sick and need to be seen they would not make an exception for me to see her despite have 5 openings that day. I couldn't depend on them to help me when I was sick, so I would strongly caution others from giving them that trust.

I definitely made the right decision to become Dr Amy Andersen's patient in 2003. She is the best of the best ❤️

My regular Dr. Left his practice at this location, so I was told they had a replacement Dr. So I made an appointment with her and to find out she's not a Dr. So now I have several prescription that need filled and no one to fill them. They canceled the appointment I had because she can't fill prescriptions. Then you have the people at the front desk that were no help at all. I was a patient at this location fir several years. All I can say is don't waste your time here. Sooner or later you will find out why.

Dr. Taegert and his nurse Babs have been great for primary care over the past several years I have been a patient. I've never had to wait an excessive amount of time, staff is nearly all friendly and helpful, and the office is clean and bright.

The Doctors are good but they don't code things right so you wind up paying for things that should be covered.my wife got her physical last year and they coded her blood work wrong and will not correct it .so we have to pay $140.00 dollars that insurance covers 100 percent normally.very sad to do this to people.so be aware of there practices.

I have been seeing Amy for over 8 years. She has always been understanding, professional and looks out for me. Absolutely love her and her staff.

Can never get in to Dr Taeger! So sick of trying! His hours of availability are poor to say the least! I use to easy get appointments right away, now forget it! Try getting a prescription refilled! Won’t happen in a timely fashion. They simply don’t care anymore. I hate going to a Dr to begin with. Just when you find someone you are comfortable with, this happens. I give up!

Every time I’ve been there they just gaslight you and tell you nothing is wrong. So I have to do my own research so I know what to ask for when I come in otherwise it’s all in my head.

They will not let you speak with Nurses unless you come in for an appointment. Even for simple questions about current diagnosis. Good luck getting past the receptionists over the phone. My family's visits are constantly billed wrong and I get a huge bill instead of my insurance.
